A long time ago, way before you were born, there was a show on television hosted by Art Linkletter called Kids Say the Darndest Things. You might actually be familiar with the title of the show: a few years ago, a remake of the show starring Bill Cosby achieved a small degree of success on CBS. Unfortunately, America's TV audiences ultimately decided that Bill Cosby's mug was better suited for Jell-O commercials and Nick at Nite reruns, and the executives of America's Most Watched Network* scrapped the show. If the demise of Kids Say has left itching for a good laugh at the blissful ignorance of toddlers, stop taunting your four-year-old nephew with challenging word problems and surf on over to iusedtobelieve.com. The site features stories of childhood misconceptions that are organized into categories like religion, sex, and music. Best of all, a viewer rating system allows you to quickly see which stories are actually funny, and it even lets you sort the entries from best to worst, so you don't have to wade through unintelligible garbage to get to funny stories. The next time you surf the web,be sure to check this page out and remember: no one can go wrong laughing at the ignorance of a child.
*I doubted the validity of this claim made by CBS until I realized the popularity of Bob Barker and Dan Rather with the 65+ retired croud, probably the largest demographic of TV viewers.
